Season of Change

Welcome back to MikeGrowsGreens’ blog posts! It’s been an interesting year so far… We still have about 3 months left but it’s the time of year again where it’s getting colder and Autumn is on the horizon. The season of change… MikeGrowsGreens is taking this time to reflect on the year so far and focus on the rest of the year ahead and what we want to accomplish. We’re continuing to grow broccoli and radish for Harmony Farms Natural Foods and friends and family but it’s time to reach out to some more businesses. Our goal for the rest of the year is to get at least one or two restaurant clients under our belt. Also, we have been looking into winter markets to vend at this season. We’re expanding our horizons by growing sunflower and pea shoots now, as well as sampling amaranth and spicy salad mix.
